By downloading or using KidBooks, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Family Use
KidBooks provides bedtime stories, narration, and listening tools for personal, non-commercial family use. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the app and each story are appropriate for a child and for supervising use where appropriate.
KidBooks is not medical, sleep, educational, or parenting advice and does not guarantee that a child will fall asleep.
Accounts and Purchases
The current version does not require an account. Current TestFlight access is test access and does not create a paid subscription.
When paid features are introduced, pricing and purchase terms will be shown before purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be handled under the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat will manage purchase validation and entitlement status across the supported platforms. The Terms, Privacy Policy, and store disclosures will be updated before a paid build is released.
Content and Availability
Story content may be downloaded from a server and may change, be corrected, or become temporarily unavailable. Cached content may remain available on a device after a server interruption. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any particular story.
KidBooks content, artwork, audio, software, branding, and original adaptations are owned by us or used under applicable rights. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create competing datasets from the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse KidBooks or its content service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods to copy the catalogue or media.
Privacy
Use of KidBooks is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and Liability
KidBooks is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue all or part of KidBooks. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using KidBooks at any time by deleting the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
