Agreement
By downloading or using Willowglow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement for Apple-platform versions of Willowglow. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s standard agreement, Apple’s agreement controls where applicable. Store rules and mandatory consumer protections also continue to apply.
Family Use
Willowglow provides bedtime stories, narration, sleep sounds, and listening tools for personal, non-commercial family use. A parent or guardian is responsible for deciding whether the app and each story are appropriate for a child and for supervising use where appropriate.
Willowglow is not medical, sleep, educational, or parenting advice and does not guarantee that a child will fall asleep.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Payments
Willowglow does not require an account. Where paid features are available, the purchase screen shows the selected product, billing period, localized price, trial eligibility, and included access before purchase.
Willowglow may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions:
- payment is charged to the store account when the purchase is confirmed;
- an eligible free trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends;
- the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends;
- the store account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends; and
- subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in the applicable App Store or Google Play settings.
Eligible purchases can be restored while signed into the store account used for purchase. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove access already paid for during the current period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. RevenueCat validates purchases and entitlement status on supported platforms but does not process payment-card details.
TestFlight and other store test environments use sandbox purchases and do not create real charges. The system purchase sheet identifies a sandbox transaction before confirmation.
Content and Availability
Story content is delivered from a service and may be added, corrected, replaced, or removed. Cached or downloaded content may remain available temporarily during a service interruption. We do not promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of a particular story, narration, collection, or sound.
Willowglow content, artwork, audio, software, branding, and original adaptations are owned by us or used under applicable rights. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create competing datasets from the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Willowglow or its content service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase controls, or use automated methods to copy its catalogue or media.
Privacy
Use of Willowglow is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains local data, content delivery, optional notifications, purchases, support, retention, and deletion choices.
Disclaimer and Liability
Willowglow is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms or discontinue all or part of Willowglow. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using Willowglow at any time and can cancel a subscription through the applicable store.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
